Terms & Conditions

1. The registration submitted online is not confirmed until the customer receives confirmation via SMS/WhatsApp/Email in the form of a QR Code by DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited).
2. DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) and/or the respective brand/store team/stylist/designer/label/experience partner reserves the right to cancel any appointment booking if false or misleading information is provided in the registration form/profile.
3. Online registration implies acceptance of all the terms & conditions for DLF Emporio’s Treasury of Trousseau 2025.
4. Customers may be asked to provide a copy of their PAN Card and Aadhar Card (and GST Number/Certificate if billing in the name of a company) to the brand teams present at the Hangar (in the Pavilion) during the payment process.
5. Customers must make full payment without any TDS deduction unless a TDS certificate is submitted.
6. Designer meet-and-greet services during Treasury of Trousseau 2025 are complimentary.
7. Customers must strictly follow their assigned time slots for each designer/stylist/brand/experience partner, as decided by the respective teams. The time slot for Suman Jalaf or other experience partners will be scheduled based on the service.
8. DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) shall not be responsible for any product/service purchased from designers/labels/stores/boutiques/stalls/booths/experience partners during the event.
9. DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) reserves the right to change or modify the event details, format, or structure of Treasury of Trousseau 2025 at any time, with or without prior notice.
10. In the event of any dispute or conflict, the decision of DLF Emporio (DLF Cyber City Developers Limited) shall be final and binding.
